The System Optimization Plan details no proposals to change this route. However, routes 15 and 15L are both due to be replaced by the Colfax Lynx BRT service from January 2027.

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Route 15 provided 30 minute frequency service overnight. GDT hopes this is restored and continued with the new BRT service in order to support the vibrant night time economy along East Colfax Ave.
